My journey into counselling began with a deep-seated passion for helping others. The transformative power of truly being listened to, of being seen, drew me towards Person-Centred – Humanistic Therapy.

Professional Experience & Specialisations

Counselling Experience

I have worked within an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for local government, supporting people from wide-ranging roles and backgrounds with concerns including grief, stress, anxiety, workplace challenges, and relationship difficulties.

I’ve also had the privilege of working with the Scottish Cot Death Trust, supporting individuals and families who have experienced the devastating loss of a baby or young child.

  • £60 per session
  • 6 sessions: £330 (discounted rate)
  • Free 15-minute initial consultation
